Cancellation & Refund
You can count on passionfroot to put together a learning experience that is flexible, affordable, and of high quality for all its users. We recognize that sometimes this may change, and you may wish to cancel your subscription or your course enrolment. This Cancellation Policy therefore describes the terms and procedures for cancelling any service offered through our platform.
Cancellation by subscriber/student
you can cancel your subscription at any time.
How to Cancel:
You can cancel your subscription from your account settings. Alternatively, you can also reach out to our customer support team at Email for help regarding the cancellation.
Refund
All course purchases are final and non-refundable. After purchasing and enrolling in a course, there are no refunds for any reason, including discomfort with course content or other concerns. Once a payment has been processed, refunds will not be issued, whether you have used the product or not. No refund will be issued for the portion of it that you haven't used to benefit.
Cancellation by passionfroot
We require respectful behaviour from all users on our platform. Misbehaviour includes, but is not limited to:

Harassment, abuse, or discrimination against other users

Use of offensive language or conduct

Threatening or violent behaviour

Sharing inappropriate or harmful content

Violating any other community guidelines or terms of service
Upon detection of any of the aforementioned behaviours, we reserve the right to cancel access to courses, content, or subscriptions immediately and without refund.
If your behaviour goes against the community guidelines or terms of service, you may either get a warning or an immediate suspension-a function of the gravity of the incident. In the most extreme cases, your account may be deactivated permanently with no refund.
Investigation Process:
Your behaviour may be investigated. During this period, your access to the service may be suspended pending the investigation. If behaviour confirming the complaint is established, then cancellation of your account will be enforced.
Course Cancellation
In case your access is cancelled because of misconduct:

You will lose access to any purchased courses, content, or subscriptions.

Refunds are not provided for cancelled subscriptions or courses bought before the cancellation.

All ongoing subscription payments will be cancelled immediately, and no additional billing will occur.
Process for Appeal
In case you think your account was unjustly cancelled for misconduct or any other reason, you may appeal this by getting in touch with our support team through the Contact Email. Your appeal would be reviewed, and a final decision communicated to you.
Deactivation of Account
In the case of severe misconduct, your account may be permanently deactivated; all access to the platform, courses, and any data associated with it will be lost. Once deactivated, your account cannot be recovered.
